Colm earned his PhD from the University of New South Wales in 2022, specializing in cognitive robotics. His pioneering research, which integrated cognitive psychology principles, particularly episodic memory, helped enhance the collaboration between humans and robots by enabling robots to anticipate behaviours based on subtle contextual cues. Prior to his doctoral studies in Australia, Dr. Flanagan received his BEng from University College Dublin and contributed to cognitive robotics research at the University of Tehran. Additionally, he led the UNSW@Home robotics team in four international competitions.

With over two decades of equity market expertise and directorship in public companies, Mr. Baker boasts a rich international background in business development, compliance, and risk management. Notably, he pioneered the first foreign licensed online diamond retailer in China and, as CEO of a West African Mining firm, honed skills in operations modelling and investor relations, emphasizing CSR values. His educational credentials include attending Harvard Business School, Wharton School of Business, and earning an MBA from the University of Queensland.
